Historic Warship Found

A recent discovery by an under sea treasure hunters is believed to be The HMS Victory, which at the time it was lost at see, the mightiest and most technically advanced warships. The HMS Victory was lost in 1744. The ship was found far from where historians originally believed it to have sank. The remains were found in the English Channel. This new location exonerates Adm. Sir John Balchin of any wrong doing, as it was originally though that it was a mistake made by the admiral that brought down the ship.
Despite the important historic nature of this find, there are already some legal battles brewing between the British Government and the Odyssey Marine Exploration team, which found the wreck. The team has already filed for exclusive salvage rights, however the British Ministry of Defense is disputing the claim. Odyssey currently wants to be paid for recovery or to receive percentage of items sold by the government.
