The user submitted link section is still in the works.  Right now its possible with a a bit of Wordpress hacking, however I’d like to keep modifications to a minimum to make Wordpress version updates nice and easy.  Supposedly a plug-in is being created to offer that functionality, but I’m not sure what its status is at the moment.
